At Vestidoux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our stylish women’s fashion items including blusas, pants, playeras, sudaderas, and vestidos. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
- You must initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in its original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear, lingerie, or any intimate apparel unless the items are faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item once we receive the returned product
International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returning items
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for a free return shipping label if needed
- You may choose between a full refund or replacement (subject to availability)
